Chef Suzuki

Born and raised in Tokyo Japan, Suzuki developed a deep passion in cooking from an early age.After graduating from culinary school in Tokyo, he worked in several Italian restaurants in town as a sous chef. One of Suzuki’s dreams was to cook internationally, and he made this a reality when he arrived to the United States in 2001.Spending most of his recent career at one of Dallas' finest in Japanese cuisine, Tei-Tei Robata Bar, Suzuki was Head Sushi Chef for over ten years.With his knowledge in international cuisine and top class cooking skills, Suzuki was asked to manage the First Class program for Japan Airlines as an Executive Chef of speciality cuisine with Gate Gourmet.
Now, Suzuki has teamed up with Yosuke Fukuda to form Y’ S Kitchen Catering to deliver his finest culinary arts directly to you.
