Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Yosuke has had a passion for excellent food and the drinks that accentuate them.
He has spent the majority of his life serving customers with discerning taste.
After honing his craft at a 5 stars hotel in Japan, Yosuke spent two years in Europe soaking in the restaurant & bar scene, learning even more about the subtleties of sophisticated professional service.
In 2003, he came to Dallas to manage Moosh, a Japanese private lounge.
After five years there, he was offered the position of Bar Manager at Tei-An, a new 5-star Japanese restaurant in Dallas’ Arts District.
In 2013, Yosuke was promoted to General Manager of Tei-An where he remained for four years before leaving to start Y/S Kitchen Catering.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and reading and has recently become a sommelier.
